The content of theoryintelligence.com is published by Theory Intelligence for general information. It is not advice on any particular decision, and you should not rely on it as such without engaging us. You may quote and link to our pages with attribution. Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure statements on this site are accurate and sourced. Where we cite third-party figures we link to the source. If you find an error, write to us and we will correct it and note the correction.

Services

Services are provided under a written engagement agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline, confidentiality and intellectual property. In summary: prices are fixed and quoted in US dollars excluding tax; 50 percent is invoiced on order and 50 percent on delivery for project work, and monthly in advance for retainers; deliverables are yours to use internally and to share with your advisers and investors; participant identities are shared only within the consent terms agreed with them; and every deliverable is provided under The Theory Standard.

Independence

Theory Intelligence accepts no fees, commissions, referral payments or partnerships from technology vendors, AI laboratories or other parties whose products may be the subject of our research. If a conflict arises during an engagement we disclose it in writing.

Limitation

Research findings are judgments based on evidence available at the time. We state our confidence and its limits in every deliverable. Our liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not permit such a limit.

Governing law
